Abstract

Tablet drug testing in animal models raises significant ethical considerations that warrant careful examination. This review delves into the ethical landscape surrounding tablet drug testing, aiming to critically evaluate existing literature, ethical frameworks, and regulatory guidelines. The evolution of tablet drug testing methodologies, historical practices, and ethical concerns are explored, shedding light on the necessity and justification of animal use in drug development.
